Full job description
We are an established HVAC distributor supplying equipment and spare parts to trade customers. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive person to support our day-to-day sales and operations.
This role sits at the centre of the business. You will be working in SAP Business One daily, handling orders, managing supplier communication, and helping ensure customers receive accurate information and deliveries on time.
What you’ll be doing:
Processing customer orders accurately in SAP Business One
Chasing suppliers for stock availability, lead times, and updates
Managing a high volume of incoming emails and queries
Preparing and sending quotes for spare parts
Supporting the sales team to ensure orders progress smoothly
Identifying and flagging issues early (delays, errors, missing information)
What we’re looking for:
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Comfortable working at pace with a high volume of emails
Confident chasing suppliers and following things up
Strong attention to detail (errors have real consequences)
Able to take ownership of tasks and see them through
Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems is an advantage but not essential. Experience in HVAC, distribution, or trade supply is helpful but not required.

It is not suitable for someone who avoids chasing people or dealing with pressure
We are looking for someone reliable who can take ownership of routine operational work and keep the business moving without constant supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,420.00-£32,000.00 per year
