Zen Health foods is a collective of five independent health stores - each one based within a local community.

As a brand our main aim is to provide each of the communities that we serve with a healthy means of achieving their wellness goals; and in so doing, we favour a holistic approach - offering natural solutions that address the symptoms, as well as the underlying cause.

The store in Harpenden has been serving the community from its location at 84 High Street for over 35 years; and in-store you’ll find a range of products, such as vitamin and mineral supplements, wholefoods (including free from, chilled, and frozen options), homeopathic remedies, natural skincare products, organic make-up, and environmentally friendly household care items.
