Oxmoor Farm sees it's first collaboration with London based supper club, Root. Root showcases the finest up-and-coming culinary talent and will be bringing exactly that to this edition of Wild Feasts. Welcome, chefs Max Maclean and Eddy Tejada.
Max & Ed, aka The Two Shefs, are childhood friends who have grown up cooking together across London in restaurants such as Ottolenghi, St John, Pidgin and Lyles. Currently, the two of them are sous chefs at Silo in Hackney Wick.
They’ve put together Two Shefs to combine their passions for playful cookery, foraging and sustainability. They draw on their broad experience to produce delicate, bold and thoughtful food with a constant focus on sustainability. Max and Ed enjoy producing understated dishes that champion byproducts, under-used cuts of meat and foraged ingredients.
