Cultivate Compassion Workshop
Wellness Pathways and The Grove Studio bring to you a harmonious fusion of mind and body practices, centred on compassion to create a heart opening experience. Practising intentional compassion has many benefits to our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
We will begin with heart opening yoga poses to stretch and release tension from the body. Once the body is more at ease you will be guided into a breath work practice, followed by a loving kindness meditation.
There will be a warm cacao drink and dark chocolate treat.
The session will finish with creative reflections of your experience.
No previous experience necessary, all welcome.
